AAC Waterproofing Ltd was formed in the late seventies.  Having established a need to move away from more traditional products used in flat roofing the Directors researched the market and decided to take on the Prelasti EPDM product and are the sole importer and distributor for the product in the UK.

We work with customers through our own installation technicians or through a network of Approved Contractors. AAC Waterproofing Ltd has an extensive client base working with many Local Authorities, NHS Trust, the Ministry Of Defence, Major Construction Companies and Building Management Organisations.

The Prelasti EPDM product was originally developed by Pirelli and has numerous benefits including the fact that the ’Roof’ is measured then prefabricated in a controlled environment and arrives onsite ready to install. The Product and Installation carry a full 20 year Guarantee and has a Proven Life Expectancy of over 50 years. Prelasti is UV stable, Ozone resistant, 100% recyclable and requires no Hot works in the installation process. Generally, the installation is 50% faster than with other products.

AAC Waterproofing Ltd has developed numerous applications for Prelasti EPDM covering Flat Roofing, Pond & Lake Liners, Green Roof Systems and Flood Protection.
