When considering any installation whether it be a relatively small domestic roof, a school or hospital or a large commercial building the WHOLE LIFE COST of the roof or re-roof should be considered.

Prelasti has a 20 year Guarantee on the Product and Installation and therefore can last up to three times longer than conventional products. Prelasti also has a proven life expectancy in excess of 50 years.

Installation times are greatly improved because the membrane arrives on site ready to install and therefore saves time and money in labour cost.



In many cases Prelasti can be installed over existing roof coverings with no detrimental effect. This not only saves time and money it also means that the building is not open to the elements during the actual installation process.

Finally, we have inflation. The cost of roofing a property is far more expensive in relative terms than it was say 20 years ago and will be more expensive again in another 20 years.

Most conventional roof systems have a life expectancy of approximately 7 years which equates to replacing the roof every 2.86 years compared with the Prelasti system.

This example takes no account of having to erect Scaffolding, the increase through inflation, interruption which may involve loss of revenue and the inconvenience which is also multiplied in a conventional system.
